What if I am coming alone?
We love you! Soul Camp is the place to meet new friends, so you have nothing to worry about. Most of our campers are coming alone and we promise that one of the main intentions of Soul Camp is to create new friendships and foster community. With our cell phones away and the incredible activities we are partaking in together, there is no where for you to feel alone.

What's the average age of Soul Camp campers?
We have campers signed up from 21-79 and anything inbetween. All ages are welcome!

How many people will be attending Soul Camp?
Soul Camp will be about 150-300 campers, depending on how many of you come!

What will I get out of Soul Camp?
An incredible community, new friends, and the knowledge and know-how to live a healthy and happy life. You will learn the latest strategies and tools on how to feed your body, how to have a crazy awesome relationship, how to make your beauty routine work for you, and how to live a mindful life. Even more than that, this weekend is the time to hit your reset button and connect to nature. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, renewed, and inspired so that you can make your everyday life the life you've always dreamed of.

Where is Soul Camp™?
Soul Camp™ will take place at Camp Towanda: 700 Niles Pond Road, Honesdale, PA 18431. Camp Towanda is a magical camp nestled in the Northeast Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania just 2 ½ hours from NYC and Philadelphia. For over 90 years, Camp Towanda has continued to define what camp should really be with its state of the art facilities and beautiful property.

When does Soul Camp™ start?
Camp gates open at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 4th. Camper check-in and on-site registration is from 3:00pm-6:00pm. The Formal Camp Welcome Ceremony will take place at the Flagpole just before dinner at 7:00pm!

When does Soul Camp end?
Camp sadly comes to a close on Sunday, September 7th at 11:45am.

Can I arrive after Thursday? Is there late entry available?
We recommend you plan accordingly and take Thursday afternoon and Friday off from work to allow yourself the full experience at Soul Camp™. However, we understand that life happens so if you are arriving late, we will have someone able to greet you and show you your way to your bunk!

Can I leave early?
Although campers are allowed to leave early, we strongly encourage you to stay for the entire experience. Soul Camp™ is so much fun that if you are planning on leaving early, you'll most likely change your mind once camp starts. If you'll need to leave early, please inform your counselor so we don't go looking for you in the woods!

Are there "In's & Out's?"
Nope. Once you leave camp, we'll have to say goodbye. Tear.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. This camp is for anyone above the age of 18.

Can I bring my children to camp?
Nope. This weekend is meant to be rejuvenating and relaxing, and while we love your kiddos so much, we know you will be able to get the most out of the weekend if you are alone. Find a sitter, leave a love note for the kids, and come escape to Soul Camp™.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
After we receive your payment, we will send you a "Camper Registration Packet" where you will fill in your personal information such as camper name, contact information, interests, and mailing address (so we can send you a packing list and other goodies before camp) to make your experience this summer awesome! If you are paying for someone else's camp registration, no sweat! We will send you one registration packet per spot booked, so if you are booking for a friend (or group of friends), a family member or a gf/bf/partner – you'll have the chance to register each individual camper.

What if the name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee? Is that okay?
At Soul Camp, we only let in campers that are on the list and registered ahead of time. You'll need a valid ID (license/passport) that matches up with the name on our list of registered campers.

What do I need to bring?
We will be sending out a packing list closer to the start of camp. Look out for it!

What kind of technology can I bring into camp? Is there WIFI or cell phone service?
We recommend you allow yourself a weekend free from Facebook, Instagram and your work emails. There is limited cell phone service and no WIFI at camp. There are camp computers and camp phones you will have access to in case of emergency.

What if there is an emergency?
We have a camp phone and internet for emergency needs. In addition, we have trained professional medical care and an infirmary available on site.

What if there is an emergency back home and someone needs to reach me?
We will provide you with our camp emergency contact information. Before camp, we will provide this information for you to give to your family and friends in case of emergency.

Can I stay with my friends/partner?
In the Camper Registration, you will have the opportunity to list three to four friends you'd like to be bunked with. We'll match you up, so you can enjoy the week with some of your friends, while meeting new people. Just like old camp times, right?

Is transportation included?
No. Your registration for Soul Camp™ includes your three night stay as a camper, all programming and food. We will be hiring a shuttle bus that you can purchase that will leave from NYC. Getting to Soul Camp™ is the responsibility of the campers.

Carpooling / Rideshares / Buses
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we encourage and support carpooling, rideshares and group buses. Please check the Transportion page for more information.

Can I bring a dog or my favorite pet?
Animals are not allowed onto the camp grounds. Sorry animals, we love you!

Is there going to be alcohol?
Nope. This is just like summer camp when you were a kid so we will not be providing alcohol.

Purchase of a SOUL CAMP™ ticket indicates that you have read and agree to comply with the SOUL CAMP™
cancellation policy. This policy is subject to change; all registered campers will be notified of any changes.

We understand that life happens. If you let us know that you will not be able to make Soul Camp before June 15, we
will be able to give you back 50% of your registration fee back. If you let us know between June 15 and July 15, we will
be able to give you back 25%. There will be no refunds after July 15th.

We Are to proud to be donating 10% of the
proceeds from Soul Camp to SCOPE.

SCOPE is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide children in need the edge to succeed in life through the summer camp experience. They accomplish this by funding camp scholarships at nonprofit resident camps where children will benefit from a positive, safe and healthy environment led by excellent adult role models, who will help them develop their full potential.
